assalamualaikum...
Giler kot jarang rasanya orang nak becerita pasal kegemukan dier tapi ader aku kesah... hahuahau..welll kalo tak suke jangan pandang.. dan aku tak sakitkan korang yg pandang pon hauahuhau....saje jer nie nak story mori ... badan aku sebenarnya ..ikot keadaan kalo tengah rajin a.ka. bz yang melampau mmg bole turun tapi kalo malas dan sangat malas mmg bertambah bam..bam.. heuehue...
well dari dulu sampai skrg haku mmg selalu cuba nak kurus , giler weh sapa yang tak nak kurus alah model2 gitu... tapi aper kan daya GOD make us differently and special in our own way.. we are what we are, like it or not its up to them, bcoz we can decide what we want...
By da way i appreciate those yg concern about me, yeah i hate my weight right now t0ooo.. but i try to lose it slowly so have faith in me.
Hmm that the challenge ... i love to eat... so it's really hard..(not really for those yg displined) btol tak...we sajer nak mmbloging bcoz i so mengantuk n dunno what to do.
bila gemok atau badan naik my face is paling ketara disaster because... muka i petak so sangat disasater hahahahah.... jadi motvasi hari ini mari kita menguruskan badan,... saya sudah memulakan xtvt mari berjogging..semoga saya tabah....adeh bila nak kurus nie heuehuehueheu....
*kalo baby gemok chomel ah kan ..hauhauahuahua (tapi i pon comel jugerk) hauahauha perasan kan...heuhuhauhuahuahu
